Respond promptly to communications required to deliver services
Adhere to all applicable employment and data protection laws related to your use of our services
Failure to provide required information or cooperation may result in project delays or termination of services.
All fees are outlined in your service agreement, proposal, or invoice.

UnifiedEX Recruit acts as a recruitment facilitator and, where applicable, Employer of Record (EOR) partner.
We connect clients with qualified candidates and may manage payroll and compliance under the EOR model.
However:
Final hiring decisions remain the responsibility of the client (unless otherwise stated in the EOR contract).
We are not responsible for losses or disputes arising from employment termination, performance, or candidate conduct unless expressly covered under a signed agreement.
UnifiedEX Recruit and Unified Assist operate as independent contractors.
Nothing in these Terms shall be construed to create a partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship between us and any client or user.
All content, materials, documents, and digital assets created or provided by UnifiedEX Recruit or Unified Assist remain our intellectual property unless otherwise transferred in writing.
Clients may use deliverables (e.g., reports, forms, or templates) solely for their intended business purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, UnifiedEX Recruit and Unified Assist are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, business interruption, or data loss resulting from the use of our services or website.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services rendered in the 30 days preceding the claim.
We handle all client and candidate information in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
By using our services, you consent to the collection and processing of necessary business and personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.
Either party may terminate a service agreement with written notice in accordance with the terms of the signed contract.
Upon termination, all outstanding payments become due immediately, and confidential information must be returned or destroyed.
We may update these Terms periodically to reflect legal, technical, or operational changes. Updates will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
